JOB PURPOSE

Ensure Quality s Certifications and support internal and external Audits (2nd and 3rd party).
Support products and processes homologation.
Manage Quality KPI s according to the BMS requirements and current needs.
Support plant manager, senior management of the plant and Central Quality team for all aspects related to the quality management.
Sponsors and participates actively in the processes of continuous improvement (6 Sigma, Lean, FMEA, 8d, APQP).
Build team inside the quality department and promote the team working & cross-functional team; support training needs and development
plans to improve the culture of the quality at all level and promote an effective communication concerning KPI and claims in the factory
