About the Candidate:
We are seeking a professional, solid, and mature candidate for the position of Store Supervisor.
The candidate will be providing customer service, product knowledge and sales support to fellow team members and customers that are consistent with the company’s standards and expectations. The candidate should strives to achieve the store and company’s goals/ objectives in service, branding, sales, productivity and inventory management.
Furthermore, the candidate will be the principal liaison between the customer and the store/ company during their scheduled shift.
Core Mandatory Requirements:
The Store Supervisor will report to the Head of Retail. The candidate should be within the age bracket of 28-35 years.
1. Qualifications:
o Degree in Hospitality Management
2. Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Pastry in a similar position;
o Experience with POS (Point of Sale) system and P/L preparation.
About the Position:
• Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Able to keep customer records on daily basis and maintain high customer service standard;
o Managing the daily store operation including opening and closing procedures;
o Able to implement the sales action plan and overcome any deviations;
o Maintain daily briefing of staff;
o Maintaining training procedures for all staff members;
o Maintaining in-store FIFO (First In First Out) system;

o Maintaining and improving the display and merchandizing within the frame of company standards;

o Managing the store inventory management system;

o Implementing all in-store promotions with cooperation with sales and marketing team;
o Managing transfer of goods between store to reduce waste;
