Key responsibility
1 P&L and sales planning & strategy, tactics, monitoring, evaluation and analyze of sales, distribution and trade marketing activities, prospective opportunities, prepare reports for senior management review;
2 Work with corporate sales management as well as sales team to align opple international department
3 Maintain strong relationship with distributors, customers, key account and other functions in order to support sales strategy in the region;
4 Strengthen distribution network to establish trusted relationship;
5 Transfer market insights to support newly appointed territory sales executive to ensure the organizations ability to operate in a competitive and cost effective manner;
6 Coach new territory sales executive and distributors sales force in order to drive field sales performance and development;
7 Oversee the day-to-day sales execution of sales team;
8 Support to implement new projects in region as assigned by supervisor
