Maintain a register and distribute a status of QA/QC personnel in and out of the country advising on their planned and actual vacation return dates.
Coordinate all IMS inductions for project personnel categorised as foreman and above.
Carry out all IMS inductions for all Country Office Functional staff as required, maintaining records of their inductions.
Assist and advise wherever necessary in relation to the IMS implementation including the closure of NCRs and INs.
Attend all necessary meetings as required, at project, country and regional level.
