Accounting AssistantJob Location BahrainPrincipal accountabilities overall responsibilities of post Generate payment vouchers and chq printingArchiving clients documents to share driveCoordinate with client s admin office with regards to daily transactions and payment requestsReconciled daily client s receipts (chqs, credit cards, and cash) with sales recordsPrepare Budgeting & cash forecastingPrepare financial projection and variance analysisPerform Bank reconciliation on a daily basisPrepare daily cash position reportsVerify client s transactions on a daily basis and rectify errorsMaintain fixed assets registerDesign an implementation of internal control proceduresPerform creditors debtors reconciliationPrepare prepayments and other schedulesStock reconciliation and negative stock verificationPrepare feasibility studies and business plansPrepare monthly payroll for clients and monitor employee leave and indemnityPayroll preparation, final settlement and annual leavePrepare profitability reportsReconcile general ledger and ensure all transactions are being bookedMonitor client s loans and prepare loan calculation schedulesPrepare various reports as requested by the companyPrepare financial reports and conduct financial analysisLiaison with external auditors for clients annual audit and prepare pre audit requirementsOther task as assignedRequirements Have TALLY ERP9 ExperienceShould be located in Bahrain
