Key tasks

* Owning and hittingexceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

* Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

* Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

* Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

* Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

* Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

* Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales

* Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies

* Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems

* Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication

* Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

* Meeting sales goals, Negotiation skills, Sales planning, Building relationships, Managing processes, Market knowledge, Developing budgets & Adaptive

* Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field

* In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices

* Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
