Our client is a microfinance bank currently looking to hire a IT Service helpdesk Agent Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintaining communication with the end user by handling the IT Helpdesk hotline calls and also the IT Helpdesk emailAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) for IT Helpdesk and doing the 1st line of supportInitiates incident cases or service requests on behalf the usersResponsible owner of incidents and service requestsAttempts to resolve incidents immediately remotelyFulfills Service RequestsCategorizes and prioritizes incident cases and service requestsCoordinates activities with IT support teams other IT teams andor external support teams to complete the incident resolution or to fulfill a service requestConfigures and tests Assets prior to delivery and ensures a consistenthigh quality delivery of the assetActing as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received
