Drawing studying and BOQ preparation
Fabrication and erection drawings preparation
Material procurement and preparation of cutting layouts
Fabrication supervision
Installation supervision at site
Labour allocation and time sheet record-keeping
Client review meeting attending
Attending to site visits inquiries and sketch BOQ preparation
Preliminary negotiation with vendors
Record keeping of materials in store and at site
Daily work update to senior management
Construction programme preparation
Method statement preparation
Maintain a good rapport with foreman, workers, sub-contractors and external contractors
Prepare inspection reports of various kinds
HSE certification preferred
