Job DescriptionPurpose of the RoleSupport a world-class facilitation experience for new and established investors during the business set-up and expansion stage, by engaging on behalf of investors with government agencies and guiding investors through critical government procedures, including operational processes such as licensing, registration, and permit processing Support relationship management activities for existing investors in sectors currently not covered by the Sector teams Look at development area in Bahrain business environmentRole summary Provides support to the handling of government procedures related to business set up andor expansion for new and established investors Fully understand government and ministry regulation to support investors Supports engagements with government stakeholders to complete processes such as licensing, registration, permit processing Works to obtain all necessary licenses, registrations and permits for investors Helps identify issues faced by investors during the facilitation process to feed into the Competitiveness and policy advocacy Facilitates in troubleshooting and unblocking issues to allow a seamless investor life-cycle Supports in coordinating with Sector Teams to ensure the department provides all necessary maintenance and support to investors during the set-up and expansion periods Supports relationship management activities for existing investors in non-priority sectors and provides support through calls, quarterly reviews, questionnaires Supports the identification of growth and expansion opportunities for existing investors Highlight area of development for Bahrain business environment Support government affairs functions by enhance two-way communication with government entities
