? Checking block delivery operation every morning and in case of any absenteeism providingappointing appropriate driverHelper
? Handling dump truck related operations (i) checking the material availability 24 hours prior to scheduled visit of truck, (ii) providing roster for trucks to collect the material (iii) information to drivers and concerned persons in-case of any unscheduled change
? Inspecting vehicles regarding cleanness and their service
? Coordinating with Garage team for under maintenance vehicles
? Checking raw material which is scheduled to delivered to Al-Manaratain, founding fault- taking the necessary action
? Meeting with Municipal officers regularly regarding availability of material
? Visiting main office for (i)collection of various challans, co-ordination with accounts to get the diesel arrangements (ii) handling cement tanker, sewerage tankers
? Removal of garbage buckets(Emptying)
? Visiting to all relevant sites to ensure next day material removal availability (Sand, Material)
? Additional Responsibilities (i) Maintaining an eye on Material and Vehicles(Prefers physical) sometimes transport tracking system
? Delivery root visits (Checking for possible obstacles in delivering the goods), Handling breakdowns, accidents
