General Overall Job Purpose Responsible for providing IT support services for all department, ensuring systems and programs are maintained and supported to the highest standards Ensures all support calls and requests are attended and dealt with appropriately in accordance with defined IT procedure and process, provide a development service to install, setup and configure IT equipment for users and branchesSpecific Duties and Responsibilities Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and network-related problems encountered by end-users of the company, the Internet, the server, POS, PCs, Kitchen Printers and new computer technology Configures and installs Windows workstations and operating systems in response to the demands of a complex network design trains end-users on the use and features of the various operating systems and applications on the various platforms Performs primary network system administration on network servers as needed Installs, certifies and troubleshoots company s network cabling infrastructure, including a wide variety of local area network equipment and software Uses established tracking system to log requests; monitors progress, tracks problem resolution, identifies patterns of failure, researches bug fixes and implements solutions; communicates with manager regarding unresolved problems Works with vendors in coordination with IT Manager to resolve hardware operating system issues; researches and tests possible solutions and implements solutions Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network Perform other function that will be requested by the IT Manager from time to timejob requirements5 to 7 yearsNot Specified at leastHospitalityHotels
