Procurement ManagerJob Location UAEPrincipal Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operational purchasing of unfinished goods Review and qualify supplier portfolio of unfinished goods Supports supplier relationships management Assure required sub-component and material inventory levels are effectively managed Manage materials planning to maintain high service levelsproduct availability and optimized inventory levels Ensure that order confirmations and delivery dates for inbound goods and services are followed-up and communicated accordingly to the internal customers (other departments) Evaluate the purchasing processes continually in order to implement faster and more efficient processes in compliance with our company goals and quality standards Develop and control the respective budgets for hisher area of responsibility Ensure compliance to ISO-, OSHA- and Environmental Protection regulatory and ensures highest safety standards in hisher area of responsibilityRequirements Bachelors Technical degree from university, relevant education andor equal qualifications Strong computer skills required, knowledge of SAP ERP systems a must At least 7 years experience leading Purchasing departments, preferably in automotive, manufacturing andor assembly operations and experience in optimization of purchasing processesCompetencies Global Quality Standards for Quality Core Tools Problem Solving, including 6Sigma Competence Good knowledge of R&DManufacturingProcurementLogistics organization and working proceduresInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
