Sales planning and reporting
To assign sales force to routes predetermined and balanced for sales opportunities, sale coverage demands within available time and in line with the knowledge and skills of the sales force
To ensure that all company policies, programs, schedules and instructions are put into effect and carried out in the assigned area
To ensure the achievement of monthlyyearly trade targets (volume and value)
To review all salesmens reports and schedules and to consuladviceassist and direct the salesmen in their activities
To periodically analyse jointly with salesmen, merchandisers their sales objectives for both present and prospective customers, sales and merchandising activity demands and programs for effective sales coverage
To monitor the records and reports of calls on customers sales and results obtained in line with company target and coverage plan
To maintain completely and carefully all records requested by the management and to fill out promptly all reports requested
Daily check up and reporting for the sales calls and returns of the assigned sales force
To make full coverage to all the sales outlets and keep record for including address, phone numbers, outlet class as per the product movement
Make daily weekly monthly sales plan for salesmen and a list of sales points to be visited during the day week month
To assure coverage of all sales routes as per sm and to make delivery according to the plan
To keep track of returns as we follow No Return Policy
To determine the good outlets, growing outlets and analyse the poor outlets and find solutions
The evaluation of salesmans performance is to be done weekly according to sales and returns from each salesman that should be recorded to use it as reference in evaluation on year-end
To make sure the early start of salesman to assure that the product reaches the outlet in suitable time and also returning of salesman to depot immediately after finishing the distribution process
To assure active and efficient distribution including daily check to keep the distribution process fast and efficient
Looking in all complaints that come regarding the salesman behaviour with the dealers or regarding the product quality and to give that maximum care for the sake of maintaining the goodwill of the company in the market and to solve negligence if any
To make revision and rearranging of the sales outlets and to make sure of the full coverage of the outlets
Accuracy in putting the products in the mini markets and groceries according to their needs requirements
Cover the assigned area in a way that brings good chance for increasing the sales
To provide training for the company staff to perform their work in the correct way and to teach how to deal with the clients in a way that will promote their relationship for sake of maximizing the company sales and also to assure their good appearance and uniforms etc
To develop new channels such as school, health club and similar sales locations
Monitor daily sales vs budget and ensure sustainable achievement and meet on a daily basis with sales team

Marketing and Merchandising
To assign merchandisers routes predetermined for sales-wise and make the reporting system full proof to ensure complete product range display
To recommend and coordinate with Marketing Manager on sales promotion in the target market segments
To acquire the shelf space by developing contacts & PR
To handle the rentals and rental reduction in coops
To revise and change the display areas on shelves and to arrange company products in attractive positions if their present locations are not good
Follow the work of merchandiser and make sure that they observe their planned routes
To coordinate with Marketing Manager in implementing planned company promotions in the assigned markets
