Keep track on departmental objectives and KPIs, bring managements attention to new requirements
Assign the team from call center - CC agents - to lead the sales of regular and or certain campaigns
Manage users privileges with CC system & required training
Develop project reports, amend where necessary, and present slides and facts on all campaigns to influence new decisions
Co-ordinate with CRM department to receive list of prospective clients for telephonic sales
Report day to day activities & issues to departmental manager; keep flow of information between manager & the team
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-updated of developments, knowledge and innovations in related field of expertise
Improve team performance through constant coaching, train on the customer experience standards & telephonic sales methods
Keep track on each staffs roles and responsibilities, to ensure understandings of requested tasks
Encourage team work performance through recommending of reward incentives and annual promotions
Share knowledge and expertise with the team
