Ensure the reputation of the company is safe guarded at all times

Ensure that all confidential information pertaining to company or individual customer coming into ones possession, is not disclosed or revealed to unauthorized person or agency

Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone, also the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations

Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
