-BBA with minimum 7 years experience in Preparing bid documentation such as conditions of contract, technical clauses and scope of the work, Assess bidders prequalification, evaluation and analyzing bids -Organize visits, meeting & interview with contractor and other parties, Control contract budget Identifying contractor training requirements, ensuring contractors are in compliance with conditions of contract, Identifying third party resources, Preparing monthly performance measurement report of contractor & Technical Reports such as contract budget, invoices, contract manpower Basic computer and computer application knowledge
