1Work closely with senior management to identify staffing needs and develops staffing strategies that are linked to the companys short term operational needs and long-term strategic needs

2Establish a systematic recruitment process and provides necessary guidelines to help managers in making the best possible hiring decisions

3Decide on recruitment strategies, sources of candidates (locally or internationally)

4Design HR strategies that align with the strategic goals of the business

5Develop a structured orientation program that meet the company objectives

6Ensure that job tasks and expectations, policies and procedures, company vision, values, company culture and regulations are communicated clearly to the new employees

7Identify training needs from eg Individual Development Plan, Appraisal Mechanism, Observations, etc

8Recommend competencies and skills required for each key positions and translates the recommendations into training & development plans

9Create a learning environment by ensuring that a systematic needs assessment process is adopted and closely aligned to business goals and core competencies and effective communications channels between HR, division managersdepartment heads and employees are in place

10Monitors delivery of training programs to ensure the learning objectives are achieved

11Develop and execute Succession Planning process through coaching, empowerment, delegation, motivation, etc, jointly with the Division & Department Managers

12Adviseguide and assist line management on the performance appraisal system; initiates and follows up the performance appraisal process

13Conduct a periodical job analysis and evaluation to decide on the job price

14Conduct periodical review on the remunerationcompensation structure to maintain fair pay structure

15Work closely with the division managers and department heads and advise on best Incentive Scheme (commission) that is linked to the salesprofit

16Decide on a structured mechanism (Employee Opinion Survey, Focused Group) to obtain employees opinion and suggestions to enhance different aspects of the HR services

17Play a key role as a change agent to support the employee to adapt the new transformations by conducting the required training and establishing the proper communication channels

18Play a key role in eliminating unnecessary organizational barriers by communicating openly with the key employees and reviewing the policies and procedures to make sure of the alignment with the strategic goals
