Customer Care AgentJob Location KuwaitJob Description Answering inbound calls and Interact with customers to provide the necessary help while using service Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues Interact with customers through chat and emails Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the admin tools and ticketing system Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and service providers Conduct courtesy outbound calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations All call information according to standard operating procedures Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions andor alternativesRequirements 1 year Experience in Customer Care and Call Center Must be Fluent in Arabic English, verbal & written High School degree Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Proper judgment and decision-making skills Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns Ability to work under Call Center pressure without losing track of important tasks Must possess a professional, friendly and patient attitude and be able to quickly develop a good relation with customers over the phone Must have a good knowledge of the phones applicationsInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
