Provide phone based Customer Service support to iYogi Customers and ensure retention of their services with iYogi This role also involves irate customer handlingpost&sales queries, billing and providing complete customer service supportKey Responsibilities Direct Interaction with customers located in the USA UK AUS Canada over the phone Voice as the first face to the customer (Inbound) & Email SupportHandle queries BillingCustomer ServiceRetentions related issues and address the same ensuring customer satisfaction and complete retention with iYogiResponsible for End to End customer satisfaction and address issues related to customer retentionManaging and updating customer details based on the queryAchieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via process guidelinesAchieve Productivity requirements and performance delivery as outlined via Operational metricsHandlingManaging irate customers and directing them as per the refundchargeback policy as and when requestedParticipate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for Customer satisfactionDemonstrated flexibility and contributions to creating a team environmentContinual enhancement of ones own performanceAdherence to all company policy and proceduresEnsuring customer is advised appropriately, regulations and disclaimers are given as per the process guidelines
