Preparing all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, peers, subordinates and to communicate with other Departments
Documenting recording information, maintaining files, processing all paper work, and performing day to day administrative tasks
Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and agencies
Maintaining updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly marked in a Document Drawing register as per the Company procedure
Maintaining the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
Giving support to other Document Controllers on project site and help them to perform their duties in sufficient manner
Updating the Quality Management System Procedure Database and Control the distribution of the Quality Procedures in Electronic means of communication (Intranet and CDs for project)
Preparing various Quality Procedures of the company as required
Preparing, Updating and Maintaining all Logs for Correspondence, Procedures and other Document
Updating the Non-Confirmative Report Records
Developing and maintaining various databases (QMS Procedures, Department Logbook, NCR Database, Document Control etc) in Ms Access as per department requirements
Arranging and conducting various awareness sessions like Quality Management System Awareness Session and Document Controller Awareness Session etc
Arranging, Scheduling and Coordinating meetings Conferences as required
Coordinating with others to receive or submit regular reports forms in time
