To lead the development & management of cash management products & services while ensuring the achievement of P&L targets in line with corporate planning & budgeting guidelines & in order to promote the company as a leading provider of cash management product to the banks wholesale clients

Contribute & provide inputs to the development of the overall Wholesale banking strategy in line with the overall business objectives of the company
Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing & motivating staff, provision of formal & informal feedback & appraisal in order to maximise subordinate & the overall performance
Organisation Structure
Define an optimum organisation structure in coordination with Organizational Effectiveness & Strategic Manpower Planning for the Cash Management function so that resources are optimally utilised & communication can take place in an efficient manner
Budgets & Plans
Prepare & recommend the Cash Management budget & monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costsrevenues, & areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly & potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
P&L Targets
Oversee & provide appropriate insights & support to ensure effective setting & achievement of P&L targets for respective products & solutions
Cash Management Product Suite
Oversee the research & identifying of market industry trends as well as manage the liaison with Relationship Managers & customers in order to identify customer needs with segment specific criteria
Direct the design & development of cash management product suite & roll out products & solutions in collaboration with all other relevant entities according to their needs in order to provide wholesale customers with the most appropriate services
Participate in product launches & provide the necessary support in order to effectively create product awareness
Review all required material in order to appropriately authorizeapprove transactions & pricing
Facilitate constant product innovation to enable KHF in becoming a leading Cash Management product provider to its wholesale clients
Support development of the back office processes & procedures by effectively liaising with Operations to ensure that the set processes & procedures are in line with customer expectations
Sales Management
Ensure that all the needed support is provided to the Relationship Managers
- By carrying out andor organising joint visits in order to appropriately support product penetration, cross selling prospects & convert cash management opportunities
- By providing expertise in explaining products & structuring tailor-made solutions to customers
- By carrying out the necessary actions to ensure appropriate solution delivery & high standard customer training activities are provided in order to facilitate the sale of products
Undertake the required initiatives in order to ensure effective participation in the end-to-end sales process including account planning, presentations demonstrations, technical discussions, etc
Continuous Improvement
Motivate subordinates & contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes & practices taking into account international leading practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction & productivity improvement
MIS & Reports
Supervise & provide inputs in the preparation of timely & accurate departmental MIS statements & reports in coordination with business coordination unit to meet the companys & department requirements, policies & standards
