Reports to GM Strategy & Corporate Affairs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management
- Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual targets, managing performance, developing & motivating staff, provision of formal & informal feedback & appraisal in order to maximize subordinates & overall performance

Organization Structure
- Define an optimum organization structure in coordination with Organizational Effectiveness & Strategic Manpower Planning for the investor relations function so that resources are optimally utilized & communication can take place in an efficient manner

Budgets & Plans
- Prepare & recommend the budget & monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costsrevenues, & areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly & potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
Investors Relations Strategy Formulation
- Contribute to the development of the overall investor relations strategy in coordination with Corporate Strategy & manage its implementation to ensure that the companys interests are well promoted

Reporting
- Direct & review the formulation & the presentation of all reports regarding the financial health of the Group such as quarterly & annual reports for current & potential investors in order to direct & maintain the groups disclosure policy & protect the Groups interests
- Managing all initiatives related to sustainability in order to insure that suitability programs & objectives are achieved & sustainability reports are well developed
Investors Relations
- Direct the implementation of investor communication events & meetings in order to ensure the consistent communication of the companys interests & ensure compliance to the groups disclosure requirements
- Educate & update investors, analysts & rating agencies about the Group so that information is carefully disclosed for the benefits of the group

Media & PR Collaboration
- Collaborate with Media & PR & Economic Research to develop the full investor relations toolkit including investor relations presentations, press releases & communication materials for earnings releases, industry events & presentations to analysts & investors in order to ensure accurate information is transmitted & the investor relations strategy is executed
- Coordinate with Media & PR & Economic Research to develop customized communication plans for each group based on investor analysis & group profile so that the information shared is targeted to the specific audience

Continuous Improvement
Stimulate subordinates & contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes & practices taking into account international leading practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction & productivity improvement

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Recommend improvements to departmental policy & direct the implementation of procedures & controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedurallegislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service

Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety & environmental management procedures & controls across the Investor Relations function to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high quality productsservice & a responsible environmental attitude

MIS & Reports
Supervise the preparation of timely & accurate departmental MIS statements & reports to meet & department requirements, policies & standards
