A- POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Manager plans, directs and coordinates human resources management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintains functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance

The HR Manager participates in the design of companys policies and procedures; and formulates strategy; and set performance targets for all resources The HR Manager shall also develop manpower budget plan; design authority metrics, performance evaluation criteria and implement HR initiatives and policies

B-RESPONSIBILITIES
-Guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
-Decide on the HR Action Plan and commit to the deadlines agreed
-Assess and create HR budget for personnel, training and recruitment needs
-Conduct orientation programs for employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals
-Create a rapport with Recruitment and Training Agencies for better recruitment and training opportunities
-Approve and facilitate the recruitment strategy to ensure its compliance with the companys budget goals
-Assess in identifying training and development needs for various employees of the company
-Assist in creating a Career Development Program for all employees
-Facilitate the analysis of the customer feedback to use as an indicator for Performance Management planning
-Apply the compensation and benefits policy in order to ensure fair and consistent pay practices
-Ensure that the disciplinary processes, grievance procedures, employee-management relations are being applied and followed by HR Team
-Manage the update Policies & Procedures and HR manual periodically
-Establish and document effective incentive and bonus plan by understanding the structure and components for all levels
-Create a plan based on turnover ratio to support functions through employee retention plan that is cost effective in cutting recruitment needs

B-EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-University Graduate in the field of Business Administration (HR) or Law
-Atleast 7 yrs experience in a Managerial position in HR
