* Create organizational objectives and strategies
* Prepare the operating manual of the Organizational Structure to be rolled out to the concerned personnel
* Maintain interpersonal relationships with the Department Managers of the Company
* Provide clear Structure strategies to the different Division Heads
* Consult with the Directors and concerned Department Managers about the staff requirements in each Department or Sectors of the company
* Strategize the division of labor and responsibilities according to the staff requirements
* Recreate and modify the Structural development in proportion to the growing and changing work environment
* Analyze jobs and design Job descriptions, department policies and procedures and modify existing profiles
* Manage the entire Companys Talent acquisition
* Identify, measure and source recruitment needs
* Lead employment marketing initiatives, Recruitment campaigns, Internal Job programs, and develop employee retention programs
* Devise strategy and recruitment process
* Create policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies
* Strategize International recruitment by coordinating with the overseas recruitment agency, set up and prepare documents required for overseas hiring (like job order, special power of authority, etc), follow up with the visa procedures and the insurance premium for the candidates
* Coordinate with the L & D Lead in conducting Induction Orientation Programs for new hired candidate
* Oversee the entire Performance Appraisal process to plan for Employee career development and succession planning
* Formulate performance development plans, provide constructive feedback, document accomplishments, compare current performance against expectations and jointly formulate performance development plans
