Responsibilities
Manage employees schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate
Manage the daily operations of the Salon, Spa to comply with Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations
Ensure optimal levels of quality service and hospitality are provided to guests
Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members
Provide information and assist employees and foster good employee relations
Monitor and adjust laborproductivity as needed based on business levels
Plan, order and merchandise retail products
Implement and supervise maintenance and sanitation standards of responsible areas and equipment
Maintain all associated maintenance documentation
Monitor and control department budget, grow revenue and contain expenses
Review monthly Profit and Loss Statements and prepares yearly Budgets
Maintains close work relationships with other department managerssupervisors to promote Sales and smooth & efficient operations
Develop, implement and monitor department marketing and sales strategies and promotions
Review sales analysis reports and communicate goals to Spa assistant managers
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
