Manage all liaison with Ministry of Labour Consulates Free Zone Immigration for obtaining Visa for Contracted Consultants Company Staff
Procures and manages renewal of Car License Insurance
Prepares any new Tenancy Contracts or renewal of existing ones and approves them
Liaises with Telephone agenciescompanies for obtaining new SIM cards, changing plans or cancelling accounts for Employees
Prepares or arranges No Objective Certificate (in Arabic) as and when required and submit the same to various external agencies
Maintains proper consultantsstaff records in compliance with WPSLabour department
Provides clarification on matters related to Visa, company related matters to Employees Superiors
Maintains office efficiency by planning & implementing office systems, layouts, implementing and coordinating office procedures, coordination and management of procurement of office equipment, furniture & consumables in a cost effective way
Managing the administrative charges
Ensure safety of the company including firefighting equipment and third party services
Organizing administrative documents for new employees such as visas, medical checks and other
Support to other general office management matters

Regularly dealing with sponsor in matters for their coordination, assistance for License, Visas, Banking and all required matters

Coordination on all Consultant & Contract related issues
Technical Assistance on Services related issues
New Clients Registrations, updates

Mob to Day to day coordination, support for Security Passes Accommodation Transportation, Licenses Driving Alcohol etc & Assistance to Demob
Signatory for contracts
Review contracts and advise on issues related to labour and local rules and regulations, salary divisions, WPS, ESB etc
Complies with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures in all areas impacting the business, including, HSE, operational, commercial, financial, administrative and HR practices Demonstrates zero tolerance to divergence Highlights and requests correction, where necessary
