Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to drive the sales and commercial agenda of the business with strategic big customers by maintaining and expanding the relationships Moreover improving the speed to market to fulfil the market and customer needs together with maximizing returns with market opportunities by proactive approach Heshe will represent the entire range of the company to create efficiencies and leverage The role also ensures trade spend management and key account contract compliance to optimize the trade spend
Key Responsibilities
Establish the strong relations with key customers
Develop business opportunities with existing key accounts
Maximize sales, distribution and display support for the categories
Ensure on-time implementation of Joint Business Plans
Execute and follow up on all sales & trade marketing activities in designated accounts
Prepare monthly retail analysis and updates to retailers on categories and promotions
Work closely with distributor key account sales team to ensure the implementation of 4P
Periodic meetings with Key Accounts to getgive updates on brand and category performances
Execute in store business plans and ensure monthly sales targets and quarterly growth targets are delivered
Drive Key Account Budget according to the business needs and opportunities
Explore category management and other partnership opportunities
