Property SupervisorJob Location QatarDuties and Responsibilities Establishes and coordinates a communication system involving transactions and activities between onsite staff and the Head Office to ensure appropriate monitoring and control of property issues and operations Monitors, assists, and makes recommendations to improve property operations Review audits property administrative, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and oversees the resolution of resident relation issues Inspects the properties daily to ensure the highest standards are maintained; Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations Conducts periodic inspection of vacant properties for market-ready condition Assists in the update, revision and or development of forms, reports, and manuals relating to property management issues and facility management Promote available residential and commercial properties to the potential customers and negotiating and closing leases Responsible for sourcing new tenant leads through referrals Ensures implementation, as appropriate Perform other duties as assigned by ManagementRequirements Degree or Diploma in Business ManagementMarketing in any related field Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs Moderate Arabic language is a big plus Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as Property Supervisor A transferable work visa preferred Must be available in Qatar Need Arabic NationalInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
