Job Purpose Jobs atthis level are responsible for ensuring effective HR services areprovided to the business by participating in the design and supervisingthe work implementation of various HR projects and organizationaldevelopment initiatives Also, they are responsible for reviewing keyoperational human resource metrics and undertaking initiatives forimprovementKeyResponsibilitiesOrganization Development(HR Strategy & Change Management) Participate inrecommending changes to STC s current organizational structure, as and whenrequired, after careful analysis and research and submits theserecommendations to the management for approval Assess and analyse the implication ofnew corporate strategies on the organization structure and recommendsimprovement initiatives in the organization structure Plan and coordinate with sectors andHRBP to assess and control manpower requirements with related BUs andFUs and conduct manpower analysis, validate and discuss issuesrevisionswith HRBP team heads and formulates workable solutions Facilitate the implementation of theapproved annual budget for FTEs, contractor workforce and ensures thatno variation nor new allocations are considered unless approved by themanagement Support employees to create smartergoals in alignment with business and company goals Support in rollout of completePerformance Management cycle and coordinate for continuous performancefeedback throughout the year Support in executing all the stages ofGoal Setting, Mid-Year, Annual assessment process Define, prioritise and measure HRscontribution to business performance as well as monitor and maximisestaff effectiveness to business operations Ensure accuracy of available data andmanages the administration of surveys for analysing STC s salarystructure, grading methodology, employee engagement, internal customersatisfaction and performance (through 360 degree surveys) Share responsibility for sustaining andimproving business results by ensuring that HR strategies and ChangeManagement plans are translated into concrete actions and tangibleresults Participate in articulating policies andguidelines for various areas of Human Resources including careermanagement, succession planning, leadership development, learning anddevelopment, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, change management, job evaluation etc Work in close coordination with keystakeholders from the HR Sector to solicit inputs pertaining to specificHR areas of developmentGenericRole Coordinate across a number of work unitswithin the specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows andaccurate outputs Manage projects and initiatives, as maybe required by the reporting senior Manage collation of data used forvarious Human Resources processes including high potential information,work force requirements, employee engagement data etc, by coordinatinginternally with various sectors Participate in the design of various end- to - end Human Resources processes, in compliance with establishedstandards Participate in defining evaluationmethodologies for Human Resources processes such as training, leadershipdevelopment programs, performance management system etc, in order tomeasure the return on investment for each initiative Conduct research to stay abreast of bestpractices in order to bring forward ideas for continuous improvement inrelevant policy areas Manage consolidation of Human Resourcesmaterial (such as training material, policy and guideline documents,organization structure documents, workforce optimization material,employee engagement reports, benchmark data) and coordinates with theDocument Management Department to update the database on a regularbasis Supervise the payment procedures for allwork outsourced to third parties and reports the budget status on aregular basis to immediate senior Participate in the preparation andanalysis of management reports, highlighting areas of consideration andrecommending future actions Supervise team members, if needed, toensure work continuity Liaise with other supervisors to buildeffective working relationships and identify synergies Develops andsupervises the respective team members, if needed, for undertakinghigher responsibilitiesQualificationsCertification Bachelor s Degree in BusinessAdministration or Human ResourcesRequiredExperience 6 - 7 years ofexperience in Human Resources and Change ManagementDesiredSkills & Knowledge Advance proficiency in data collectionand analysis Advance proficiency in business acumen Advance proficiency in end - to - endhuman resource process design and implementation Advance proficiency in report writing
