Job DescriptionAs the Head of Support in Saudi Arabia , you are an important member of the country management team and you will be fully accountable for all topics related to FinanceControlling, HR, Administration and IT You develop and manage your team ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and to provide the best support for the organization to enhance its growth You will report directly to the Managing Director with a functional reporting line to the Head of Controlling Middle East & Africa and Head of HR Middle East & Africa This position will become vacant as part of our succession planning and is based in JeddahSpecific responsibilities include Organise the set up and growth of the department including all administrative processes and support functions including HR, Administration and IT Lead, manage and develop the support team and ensure a high level of cooperation and cross-functional support to all other departments Play an active role in the country management team Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Collection Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes Coordinate the preparation of all regulatory reporting and compliance with local government requirements and tax filings Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Ensure all processes within the organization are set-up and maintained with sound internal controls and in line with relevant Doka Standards (where applicable) Liaise with local and governmental offices, organisations and authorities to ensure compliance with the local rules and regulations
Eligibility:Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Managem ent).
