Jobsat this level are responsible for ensuring effective Marketing &Corporate Communication services are provided to the business by undertakingactivities such as supervision of collation of market and customerrequirements data, assisting in the design of various marketing initiativesand supervising document management Also, they are responsible for assistingin the design and implementation of communication campaigns, as directed bythe immediate seniorsCore Responsibilities Participate inthe design of various end - to - end marketing initiatives includingmarketing research, competitor intelligence, market segmentation, eventmanagement, branding etc Participate inthe development of media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements inprint, broadcast and online media Conduct brandimage surveys to monitor and analyse STC brand performance and health metrics(awareness, equity, consumer diagnostics, brand perception etc), under theguidance of immediate senior Train and offerseffective support to build brand champions across STC, in order to ensureeffective knowledge transfer of advertising and branding policies and enhanceadaptability to established guidelines Implementarticulated communication plans related to media, relations, eventmanagement, digital marketing and public relations, as directed by immediatesenior ConsolidateMarketing and Corporate Communication material (such as published marketingmaterial, policy and guideline documents, competitor intelligence documents,benchmark data) and coordinates with the Document Management Department toupdate the database on a regular basis Support innon-complex tasks of STC s branding initiatives including brand imageanalysis and brand communication, when required Manage andcentralizes all Intellectual Properties (IPs) developed or acquired throughcorporate communication activities (brand imagery and copyrights fromadvertising campaigns including TV, software licenses or database accesses,etc) Manage day to day team operations within aspecified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy Communicate tojuniors regarding the goals, plans and budgets involved for each marketingand corporate communication campaignproject, to ensure implementation ofassigned tasks within the budget Assist inmonitoring, analysing and communicating PR results on a quarterly basis Assist inevaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on anon-going basis Supervise STCtrademark registration processes and procedures by ensuring review andmaintenance of a library of trademark documents Resolve allnon-routine queries related to marketing material development, in compliancewith established standards and best practices Review technicalreports related to marketing and corporate communications and forwards theseto seniors, for analysis Support teammembers and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity Liaise withother supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifiessynergiesQualificationsCertificationBachelor sdegree in Business AdministrationMarketingPublic RelationsDigitalMarketingYearsof ExperienceAminimum of 4 years of relevant experienceNatureof ExperiencePriorexperience in marketing, market research, digital marketing, advertising,public relations areaDesired Skills &Knowledge Advanceproficiency in product development & management including processand design Intermediateproficiency in data collection and analysis Intermediateproficiency in business acumen Advanceproficiency in relevant softwaremarketing tools Intermediateproficiency in report writing Advanceproficiency in customer relationship management Intermediatecommunication and interpersonal skills Intermediatenegotiation skills
