Job PurposeJobsat this level are responsible for ensuring effective HR services are providedto the business by participating in the design and supervising the workimplementation of various HR projects and organizational developmentinitiatives Also, they are responsible for reviewing key operational humanresource metrics and undertaking initiatives for improvementCore Responsibilities Coordinateacross a number of work units within the specified area of work, to ensureefficient work flows and accurate outputs Manage projectsand initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior Manage collationof data used for various Human Resources processes including high potentialinformation, work force requirements, employee engagement data etc, bycoordinating internally with various sectors Participate inthe design of various end - to - end Human Resources processes, in compliancewith established standards Participate indefining evaluation methodologies for Human Resources processes such astraining, leadership development programs, performance management systemetc, in order to measure the return on investment for each initiative Conduct researchto stay abreast of best practices in order to bring forward ideas forcontinuous improvement in relevant policy areas Participate inthe preparation and analysis of management reports, highlighting areas ofconsideration and recommending future actions Supervise teammembers, if needed, to ensure work continuity Develops andsupervises the respective team members, if needed, for undertaking higherresponsibilitiesQualificationsCertification Bachelor sdegree in Business AdministrationHuman Resources Professionalcertificate in Talent Management, from recognized andor professional bodyYearsof ExperienceAminimum of 5 years of relevant experienceNatureof ExperiencePriorexperience in HR Operations areaDesired Skills &Knowledge Advanceproficiency in data collection and analysis Advanceproficiency in business acumen Advanceproficiency in end - to - end human resource process design andimplementation Advanceproficiency in report writing
