Assistant RegistrarJob Location DubaiJob Description Coordinate with Admissions & Program offices for collection of students documents, Liaise with facility & IT department for relevant learning aids Plan class schedule, prepare student welcome packs, books etc Plan and handle registration activities, academics along with course planning coordinating with program chairs & Dean Preparing data for CHEDS & KHDA Oversee smooth coordinating among the program coordinators and compile course planning and faculty work load in different programs Handle exam and grade related activities by coordinating with accounts, faculty, Dean etc Convene Academic Board Meetings Candidate should be having excellent communication skills, good convincing skills, presentable, good knowledge of MS OfficeRequirements Candidate must be having valid UAE driving license Minimum 2 + years of experience working in any Ministry of Education Accredited Higher education institution Candidate should be Male, Indian preferredInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
