Market Awareness and Planning
* Gather information on market realities on opportunities for sales by competitors tracking and analysis as keeping track of projects through interactions and connections with external parties
* Ability to plan sales strategies, prospect sales opportunities
Sales Target and Negotiation
* Meet and exceed sales targets (top line and gross margins) for self, team, and territories on a consistent basis throughout the year
* should be able to negotiate effectively with the client to close the deals in win-win situations for both parties
Proposal, Presentations & Sales Order
* Compile all aspects of the job and prepare a presentation with a quotation
* Present ideas and proposals to the client when there is an opportunity
Coordination and Communication
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and update the client on day-to-day progress
Reporting
* Prepare activity report for internal use only for review of project performance review
