Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the development of business for Emrill Services and mplus+ (B2B), increasing the client base identifying opportunities and bringing in increased opportunities to tender in order to grow the business in line with the Companys objectives They will be responsible for managing the Business Development department, developing strategy plans in order to achieve business growth

Key Accountabilities

The Business Development Manager is responsible for

? Leading the Business Development team in identifying and quantifying leads
? Developing a growth strategy and plan focused on expanding Emrills portfolio into all sectors with new and existing clients
? Having in depth knowledge of the services Emrill offer
? Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
? Monitoring the industry trends locally and across the GCC
? Working closely with the bidding team to ensure that leads are turned into opportunities
? Building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
? Identifying rising business opportunities and building long term relationships with prospects
? Targeting business growth in the UAE (including Northern Emirates) and wider GCC growth
? Attending meetingspresentations with key decision makers of targeted clients representing Emrill
? Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
? Achieving monthly and annual targets in line with Companys objectives
? Developing promotional collateral and presentations
? Managing, developing a long-term sales pipeline to increase Emrills overall revenue growth
? Ensuring the team maintain accurate records and keep CRM up-to-date
? Providing lead pipeline reporting to senior management as required
? Attending exhibitions, and conferences as required
? Following industry trends locally and internationally
? Review industry and market reports as required Keep business updated with trends and changes in the FM market and provide recommendations to stay ahead of the game so Emrill remains at a competitive advantage
? Provide and present ad hoc reports as required, giving key market information to make effective decisions for Emrill
