Maintaining PPE & TOOLBOX issuance & tracker
Preparing increment letter for management approval
Printing EIDPPVisa copy of new employees for salary withdrawal
Assist PR team with documentation & file maintenance
General admin task assign by line manager
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Partnering with hiring managers to determine operative needs
Administering appropriate candidate assessments
Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Organizing and managing new employee orientation and on-boarding
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure operative goals are achieved
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Coordinate open house interview
