The position will be based in Abu Dhabi with travel to Dubai office twice a month
* Ideally looking for an individual with a professional services background, who is looking for a challenge
* You will be managing a headcount of 150+ therefore, someone that has dealt with a similar or larger scope would fit well

Key REQUIREMENTS
* 6+ years HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm
* Must have Professional Services experience
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of local labour laws across the GCC
* Strong stakeholder management skills
