Position Description
Were looking for an HR Manager to join us to provide operational human resources support We are looking for a passionate HR Manager, someone who understands the startup world and has a true "calling" for HR
Responsibilities
Providing end to end operational human resources support across the Middle East region, covering all aspects of generalist HR
Compensation and Benefits Management
Recruiting talent to join our high performing teams
Lead the development and implementation of appropriate HR policies and practices across the region
Work with country and regional managers to continually develop high performing, engaged teams and individuals who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for IDP
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
You will be an assertive self-starter with extensive, relevant operational HR experience
Compensation and Benefits Management
Responsible for the HR Policies and procedures
Payroll experience
Recruiting talent to join our high performing team
Experience of working in a strategic HR environment, be a superior communicator and confident in your ability to deliver practical HR outcomes in a fast-paced and demanding environment without compromising quality or integrity
Minimum 3 years experience leading an HR function with a small to medium size team
Previous experience operating in a matrix structure
Significant operational HR experience
Able to communicate effectively across the region
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
