As for Quality Manager you will be reporting directly to the General Manager and below are some of the key responsibilitiesPerforms a variety of coordination and administrative duties Coordinates the execution of several projects and ongoing assignments in support of the business operations of the region and the department Carries out several special activities that require analytical and critical decision making with no regular or direct supervisionThis position has a significant amount of coordination and self-executing project work as well as a minimum of secretarial or general office work There are specific on-going projects that fall under the functions responsibility They are listed below These responsibilities are not exhaustive and all-inclusive Therefore, in the subsequent section there is an additional list of responsibilities that attempt to describe the nature of other discrete or on-going tasks that are part of the routine discharge of dutiesYour day to day1 GUEST SATISFACTION TRACKING SYSTEM (GSTS) o Handles the back-end administration of the program o Communicate all relevant facts to TNS Intersearch to ensure GSTS database is properly maintained when upon receiving data or information within IHG o Coordinate and liaise with new GMs to ensure property participation in program with the completion of GSTS enrolment form which in turn will be forwarded to TNS for immediate actionroll-out o Provide anyone in the IHG Management structure any GSTS information or report on request o Maintain the database on GSTS participation, co-ordinate payments by all hotels and produce exception reports for regional COOs to follow-up o Generate and compile monthly and quarterly reports for archiving o Provide accurate and up-to-date information support 2 TQM PROJECTS MANAGEMENT o Maintain and co-ordinate active TQM projects, monitoring update submissions, reviewing and screening for new data and present it to Vice President or Director 3 PROCESS KNOWLEDGE NETWORK (website based knowledge sharing) o Manage the website access including provide access, update and deletion of passwords o Monitor unapproved posting and communicate to hotels in such cases o Upload of approved projects in website o Manage and provide technical support to relevant parties such as walk-through the website 4 DATA BASE MANAGEMENT o Manage the hotel database that controls access to all intranet applications and GSTS website 5 QUALITY EVALUATIONS o Determine audit execution compliance and provide relevant reports as directedWhat we need from youAdditional Description Regarding Responsibilities Assists in completing andor coordinating activities as related to special projects and other ongoing assignments Assists in establishing andor communicating project timetables, action steps, and status updates; follow-up as appropriate, to ensure timely executions that meet established objectives and deadlines Research and compiles a variety of moderately complex data, including the creation of spreadsheets or databases for maintaining and reporting certain information Regularly performs data analysis andor critical thinking decision making based on the facts Performs data searches using the Internet andor extranets to obtain relevant information as required by the project, probably incorporating the findings into other reports and presentations Prepares a variety of departmental reportingpresentation, gathering and summarizing information from various sources as requested; creates and format reports and presentation materials using spreadsheet, graphics, word processing, or statistical software Coordinates the traveling itineraries and schedules of the department, ensuring proper reservations, ticketing, billing, etc Composes and types correspondence, reviewing the communications to ensure accuracy and format quality Organize and expedite workflow for department; following-up on pending matters, and communicating and interpreting the supervisors instructions Maintains the supervisors appointment calendar; coordinate telephone calls, incoming correspondence; set up and maintain a filing system, etc Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting variances to departmental budgets Assists in the review of invoicesbills for accuracy, ensuring proper coding, routing, and disposition Assists in responding andor resolving internal or external inquires regarding problems, complaints, andor general informationWhat we offerIn return well give you a competitive benefit package including accommodation, hotel discounts worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG Most importantly, well give you the room to be yourselfAt IHG we are committed to developing our team and managing our talent and would encourage internal as well as external candidates to apply for any of our vacanciesSo whats your passion?
