Service Sales Executive - HINO Truck (Aftermarket) - Commercial Vehicle - Al Futtaim - Dubai

To identify new customers and follow leads for all service marketing opportunities for HINO Trucks aftermarket division

Description of the Accountability

- Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns

- Conducts regular customer with occasional visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels

- AchieveExceed monthlyannual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings

- Submission of daily call reports indicating the daily visits made to existing customers and new customers

- To ensure that Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target

- To coordinate the delivery of the parts ordered by the customers and ensure 360 degree follow up

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

High School Certificate Diploma
Relevant diploma industry qualification will be of added advantage

Minimum Experience

5 years automotive experience in parts sales (Commercial Vehicle), ideally field sales experience (preferably with Commercial Vehicle Trade Customers)

Job-Specific Skills

Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
UAEs valid Drivers License
Relationship management skills
Customer service and target oriented
Strong negotiations skills
