The Technical Support role brings first level technical expertise knowledge to the candidate on ROAM platform and supported hardware devices The candidate will get to work and interact with SalesSoftware and Hardware teams
Duties
- Handle ROAM platforms support services
- Identifying and resolving hardwaresoftware support matters in a fast and professional manner
- Respond to support requirements from clients and colleagues within agreed time frame
- Manage client communications
- Feedback any important client information to Sales Team andor Hardware Team
- Trouble shooting and general configuration of devices
- Ensure proactive nature of support services are being provided to clients
