Allocate work packages to suitable Engineers, monitor progress against the schedule, resolve queries and generally expedite the progress of the design.
Liaise with Engineering Manager with respect to resources and equipment requirements needed for the discipline to complete the work.
Ensure that the discipline Engineering work is performed based on correct Engineering standards.
Ensure work performed within the discipline is executed within the allocated man-hours.
Confident in Engineering ability and experience to handle queries and problems as they arise.
Able to grasp the important facts in a project and to create a schedule of work for the discipline Engineers which gets the work done on schedule and within the man-hours.

Responsible for working with customers to identify their needs and to work out how the company can best meet those requirements
Visits existing customers and looks after their needs, including AMC
Upselling products and solutions to existing customers
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with all the departments
Engage in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities
Identifying prospective opportunities, potential new clients, business opportunities and persuade new customers to do business with the company
Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of key accounts.
Desired Skills & Experience
University degree holder with a go-getter attitude and previous knowledge of software sales, especially mid-market ERP & CRM
Prior experience in selling to mid markets, preferably in the Finance industry
Project management experience
Building credibility and gain market share
Prior experience in Sales and Customer Service
Familiar with the UAE market.
Should be willing to work on a target based salary
