They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.- Mandatory qualifications: The following qualification(s) are mandatory for the candidate to perform the role- Bachelors Degree from a recognised university, advantageous if risk, resilience or response related discipline.- Preferable qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role- CBCI / CBCP- MBCI/AFBCI/FBCI/MBCP- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / auditor- ITIL / CISA / CISM- Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience of implementing or operating in different Resilience domains such as Crisis Management, Crisis Communications, Emergency and Incident Response, Business Continuity Management, and IT Disaster Recovery, preferably within a professional services environment.- In-depth understanding of the relevant international, including ISO22301 and ISO27031.- Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.- Proven skills on MS Office.- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
