Job Description

VAM Systems is currently looking for Helpdesk and IT Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditionsSkills Required Must have minimum experience of 5 years+ in IT support and helpdesk Must have proven records of support and helpdesk completed assignments and projects Must have an interest in computers and related technologies and helping people Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively via phone, video or in person, including communicating technical solutions to a non-technical workforce Must possess the ability to learn andor operate relevant computer operating system environments, and the ability to operate a variety of office equipment (copier, scanner, phone system, etc) Arabic language is preferredResponsibilities Provide technical support covering forMS Windows O365 office 2016, Win 10, and all MS Office which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Exchange Outlook and MS Project Virus scannersScanning software hardwarePrinting and photocopier related issuesBasic Network issues Maintain the new and existing PCs Desktops and assists in configuring and installing new desktops Maintain and trouble shoot computer hardware, software and network related problems Assisting the users for solving small software related issues Configuring Email clients and fixing email related issues for the users Track reported problems and associated solutions Reloading the operating system and application Follow-up with hardware suppliers for warranty support Co-ordinates with the IT team for new roll outs Escalates administration issues to Systems Manager Maintains up to date manuals and utility software Maintains image CDs and updates of critical departments as per the standards Record of daily data communication problems and remedial action taken Investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support Fulfill a periodic checklist to insure the continuity of operations Follow-up daily cases and ensure that the required actions are taken Maintain and trouble shoot computer hardware, software and network related problems Terms and conditionsJoining time frame 15 - 30 daysThe selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in BahrainShould you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
