Responsibilities:
The PLO will be fully responsible for company purchases and for logistics.
PLO will work in close co-operation with our Finance, Sales, Warehouse and branch Managers AND will evaluate our stock levels, consumption speed, lead times and market demands to determine the timing of order placements. PLO will correspond directly with our suppliers negotiating quantities, loading configurations, and timings. PLO will also be responsible for directing suppliers on the correct implementation of Saudi import and custom regulations and labelling regulations and standards.
PLO will be expected to clear, in good time, directly with the suppliers any problems in the importation of the products to avoid delays and to maintain our supply/stock flows.
PLO will negotiate with insurance companies for the most favourable offers for the insurance of our products from the point where the goods become our responsibility until they are formally received at our warehouse.
PLO will negotiate with freight and shipping companies for best rates and terms for the transport of our consignments.
PLO will prepare all necessary documentation for custom and clearance to present to the clearance agent.
PLO will communicate with the Clearance Agents and organize the speedy clearance of consignments at best possible terms and rate. PLO will check and solve any price discrepancies with the supplier directly.
PLO will oversee inventory management and regularly review slow moving/non-moving inventory by shifting to higher demand areas to avoid blockage of working capital.
PLO will maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs rules and import regulations, in order to be prepared for upcoming changes and will be expected to inform the suppliers accordingly.
PLO will develop and regularly make improvements to our supply chain system, where necessary.
PLO will source suppliers of products for which there is a demand, and if it is within our strategic expansion plan; or source alternative suppliers of products that we have difficulty in marketing.
PLO will handle budgeting of purchasing activities.
PLO will be expected to prevent demurrage charges by maintaining efficient control.
PLO will be expected to control inventory to prevent over- or under-stocking of all products.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years administrative or accounting experience.
- Fluent written and conversational English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:
The PLO will be fully responsible for company purchases and for logistics.
PLO will work in close co-operation with our Finance, Sales, Warehouse and branch Managers AND will evaluate our stock levels, consumption speed, lead times and market demands to determine the timing of order placements. PLO will correspond directly with our suppliers negotiating quantities, loading configurations, and timings. PLO will also be responsible for directing suppliers on the correct implementation of Saudi import and custom regulations and labelling regulations and standards.

PLO will prepare all necessary documentation for custom and clearance to present to the clearance agent.
PLO will communicate with the Clearance Agents and organize the speedy clearance of consignments at best possible terms and rate. PLO will check and solve any price discrepancies with the supplier directly.
PLO will oversee inventory management and regularly review slow moving/non-moving inventory by shifting to higher demand areas to avoid blockage of working capital.
PLO will maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs rules and import regulations, in order to be prepared for upcoming changes and will be expected to inform the suppliers accordingly.
PLO will develop and regularly make improvements to our supply chain system, where necessary.
PLO will source suppliers of products for which there is a demand, and if it is within our strategic expansion plan; or source alternative suppliers of products that we have difficulty in marketing.
PLO will handle budgeting of purchasing activities.
PLO will be expected to prevent demurrage charges by maintaining efficient control.
PLO will be expected to control inventory to prevent over- or under-stocking of all products.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years administrative or accounting experience.

Responsibilities:
The PLO will be fully responsible for company purchases and for logistics.
PLO will work in close co-operation with our Finance, Sales, Warehouse and branch Managers AND will evaluate our stock levels, consumption speed, lead times and market demands to determine the timing of order placements. PLO will correspond directly with our suppliers negotiating quantities, loading configurations, and timings. PLO will also be responsible for directing suppliers on the correct implementation of Saudi import and custom regulations and labelling regulations and standards.

PLO will communicate with the Clearance Agents and organize the speedy clearance of consignments at best possible terms and rate. PLO will check and solve any price discrepancies with the supplier directly.
PLO will oversee inventory management and regularly review slow moving/non-moving inventory by shifting to higher demand areas to avoid blockage of working capital.
PLO will maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs rules and import regulations, in order to be prepared for upcoming changes and will be expected to inform the suppliers accordingly.
PLO will develop and regularly make improvements to our supply chain system, where necessary.
PLO will source suppliers of products for which there is a demand, and if it is within our strategic expansion plan; or source alternative suppliers of products that we have difficulty in marketing.
PLO will handle budgeting of purchasing activities.
PLO will be expected to prevent demurrage charges by maintaining efficient control.
PLO will be expected to control inventory to prevent over- or under-stocking of all products.
Skills

15. To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident
prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety
procedures in Board facilities;
16. To coordinate the Boards emergency procedures and act as the Boards emergency on-site
coordinator;
17. To assist executive staff, senior administrators, principals and supervisors in emergency preparedness;
18. To develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the Boards Emergency Procedures Manual;
19. To liaise with municipal and State Emergency planners, update plans, organize exercises and evaluate
procedures;
20. To liaise with the fire department regarding emergency procedures, communications and fire safety
education programs;
21. To coordinate the selection and distribution of emergency communications equipment to schools and
administrative/support departments;
