Sales Supervisor Job Description1 Meet andor exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets2 Select, manage, and develop a high performing team of call center team leaders and sales representatives3 Develop and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team members4 Drive alignmentconsistencyaccountabilitycohesive people practices, call center management activities5 Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in salesrevenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction6 Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff7 Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of call center sales representatives8 Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets9 Teach best practices and drive enrolments10 Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff both real time and through monitoring phone calls11 Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team12 Work individually with Sales Reps to educate them on the Customer-Focused Selling model13 Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales Reps14 Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback15 Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performanceQualifications Essential University Degree Minimum 6 year of experience (preferable in Telecom field) Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral) Excellent planning and analytical thinking skillsQualifications Desirable Proven sales records Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point Managing People Account managementExperience Essential Analytical skills Leadership SkillsExperience Desirable Negotiation skills Basics of Effective Selling
