Responsible for execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid executed contract per company policies and procedures and work instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Direct all project phases, engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning/ start-up.

Record the total daily purchase by chart of accounts and accumulate for month end balancing with account payable.
Conduct spot check to ensure that the goods received are as per specifications and the deliveries of goods by suppliers are consistent with the receiving schedule and the storerooms are not overstock especially during month-end.
Post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.
Organize quarterly stock take on all operating equipment of the restaurant and prepare detail loss and breakage quantities and amount.
Updating the system with goods received notes (GRNs), stock transfers etc. and updating sales from POS-Micros system at the restaurants.
Coordinate with group IT division to sort out any System/POS issues.
Requirements
Around 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
Point of sale system experience preferred.
Inventory system experience preferred.
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
