Hotel Openings- Operators. Work alongside the operators to ensure corporate interests are represented in all new hotel openings.
Relationships: Establish a solid working relationship with executive team, stakeholders, senior development and asset heads and relevant corporate communication and branding departments.
Resource Planning: Create resource plan that includes organizational development, recruitment, training and motivation of Marcom related employees.
Reporting: Populate and presentMarcom reports (e.g. Board, CEC, PCG, Marketing Plans, Budgets, Presentations, WIPs, Activities Calendar) to HBU head office in a timely manner
Consultants: Identify and maintain working relationship with key agency partners / suppliers (in conjunction with Marcom heads) to support an integrated resource solution across all projects.
Creativity & Innovation: Set and drive a creative strategy for an aligned portfolio of material across HBU and all project marketing such (e.g. brochures, brand films, presentations, website, etc)
Performance: Maximize the performance of HBU & Project marketing, through bi-monthly marketing team WIP reviews that monitor milestone activities of internal team and external advertising, PR, events and media agencies.
Sales: Work closely with the existing assets regional Sales Director to ensure asset marketing heads provide outstanding launch events, campaigns and promotional material to support sales targets and customer penetration.RequirementsWhat were looking for:
