KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the implementation of the PR Departments overall strategy, business plan and budget.
Ensure the implementation of the PR Departments policies and procedures.
Manage delegated budgets.
Plan, organize and direct the activities of the Media & Marketing Section to ensure that services are provided efficiently and effectively while maximizing user satisfaction.

Required Skills
