Requirements- Bachelors Degree Qualification in a Construction or Engineering related subject is essential.
- 20 years post-graduation experience is essential. A Masters is considered as an additional 2 years, which means someone with 18 years Post Grad experience that has a MSc will be classed as 20 years and hence qualify.
- Chartered status or Member of a professional institution, preferred.
- Must have experience working for Blue Chip, Project Management Consultancies.
- Must have experience working on the design and construction of Healthcare, hospitals or Specialist Medical Facilities.

- Reporting to the Programme Leader within a large portfolio of specialist Healthcare schemes that are in various stages of design and construction across Doha, Qatar.
- The Project Manager (PM) will have responsibility for a specific area of this Healthcare portfolio or for multiple hospital or Specialist units within the Programme, while also supporting the wider Healthcare Programme Management team.
- The PM should be aware of the commercial and functional background to the project and the agreements in place with the project team.
- The PM will be responsible for seeing that the highest standards of Health and Safety are considered as a priority in the design and delivery stages.
- The PM will report regularly on the progress of all aspects of the Healthcare projects under his responsibility, and contribute to the wider project / programme reports and responsibilities as required.
The PM could be involved in all stages of the project and in particular:
- Development and understanding of the project brief.
- Procurement of design teams and /or other consultants.
- All stages of design development.
- Pre-construction planning and development of a delivery strategy.

The successful candidate will review and assesses work assignments, implement strategies for performance and program improvement as well as review and update IC Policies & Procedures (ICPPs).
You will use your epidemiological knowledge in the investigation of infection and infectious disease incidences and recommend intervention strategies for the prevention and control of infections and infectious diseases.
